When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed same day and ship out by end of business day. Our cutoff time is typically 5PM EST Monday - Friday.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to countries which have legalized the sale and import of hemp, which includes USA & UK. You can see if your country is available for shipping at checkout.

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?

We understand that our products may not work for some people. If this is the case, you can speak with our customer service and they will make it right for you!

How do I check my subscription?

You can check your subscription by accessing your unique customer account on our website. You can pause, skip, or cancel subscriptions in the portal!
