All sales are final. 

The only exception is damaged products due to our own error. If this is the case, please contact us within 72 hours at support@mysweetdreams.com

If your product is damaged due to the error of the carrier, you must file a report with the carrier service directly.

3 Night Trial 

Upon enrolling in the 3 night trial, you will be billed for the full monthly subscription of the tincture after 10 days. If you decide you do not like the trial and wish to cancel the subscription, you may do so by emailing us - support@mysweetdreams.com

IF you receive the full month's supply of the tincture and decide you do not want it (after the 10 day period), the shipping box must remain unopened and the tear-away security tab must remain in tact as proof that the product has not been opened. To ensure a full refund, you must submit photo evidence of an untampered shipping box to support@mysweetdreams.com 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take 3-5 days before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
